It should have been a proud moment — and it was — until I went back to work a few days later, sat at my desk, and thought:
"Why me?"
Despite leading major operational change and guiding teams through uncertainty, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I wasn’t truly deserving.
That internal question haunted me: maybe they’d made a mistake, or maybe someone would soon realise I wasn’t as capable as they thought.

My self-doubt wasn’t unique. Through my research, I realised I was experiencing Imposter Syndrome, a phenomenon shared by many high achievers.
The breakthrough came when I understood this truth:

you manage it by recognising that uncomfortable feelings don’t define your worth.
With over 20 years of corporate experience, leadership, plus training in Positive Psychology and Coaching, I now guide others to:
